The invention discloses a cantilever formwork framework for construction of a double-chamber hollow thin-wall high pier and a construction method of the cantilever formwork framework, and the cantilever formwork framework comprises a triangular supporting frame which is detachably and fixedly connected and assembled to the high pier; the hoisting platform is fixedly connected and assembled to the bottom end of the triangular supporting frame; the construction platform is fixedly connected and assembled to the top end of the triangular supporting frame; the main back ridge frame comprises a back ridge sliding transverse frame, a back ridge vertical frame and an inclined supporting rod; the back ridge sliding cross frame is slidably assembled on the top end surface of the construction platform in a positioning manner; the bottom end of the back ridge vertical frame and the end, close to the high pier, of the back ridge sliding transverse frame are assembled in a hinged mode. The inclined supporting rod is a fixable telescopic rod, one end of the inclined supporting rod in the telescopic direction is assembled with the end face of one side, opposite to the high pier, of the back ridge vertical frame in a rotary connection mode, and the other end of the inclined supporting rod in the telescopic direction is assembled with one end, away from the high pier, of the back ridge sliding transverse frame in a rotary connection mode; and the template body is fixedly connected with the back ridge vertical frame in a separable manner. The technical problems existing in a formwork system for mountainous area high pier construction in the prior art are solved.
本发明公开了一种用于双室空心薄壁高墩施工的悬臂模板架构及其施工方法,包括:三角支撑架,可分离式固接装配于高墩;吊装平台,固接装配于三角支撑架的底端;施工平台,固接装配于三角支撑架的顶端;主背楞架,包括背楞滑动横架、背楞立架和斜撑杆;背楞滑动横架可定位式滑动装配于施工平台的顶端面;背楞立架的底端与背楞滑动横架靠近高墩的一端之间相铰接装配;斜撑杆为可固定式伸缩杆,且斜撑杆沿其伸缩方向的一端与背楞立架背向高墩的一侧端面相转接装配,斜撑杆沿其伸缩方向的另一端与背楞滑动横架远离高墩的一端之间相转接装配;模板体,与背楞立架之间可分离式固接相连。解决了解决现有技术对山区高墩施工的模板系统存在的技术问题。
