A multipurpose auxiliary frame for hoisting a steel structure box girder comprises a pair of rotating shafts vertically fixed on a pavement surface of an installed box girder, and further comprises a frame body capable of rotating around the rotating shafts, the frame body is composed of a rotating arm, a ladder assembly and an operation platform, the ladder assembly comprises an inclined part and a vertical part connected to the lower end of the inclined part, the inclined part is fixedly connected with the rotating arm, and the operation platform is fixedly connected to the lower end of the vertical part; before hoisting, the frame body rotates to one side where the box girder is installed, and personnel enter the operation platform through the ladder assembly; during hoisting, the frame body rotates to one side of the suspended box girder, and the suspended box girder is guided through the ladder assembly. The multi-purpose auxiliary frame has multiple purposes, can guide hoisting of the box girder, and can also serve as an operation platform of constructors. Compared with an existing hoisting auxiliary device, the multipurpose auxiliary frame has the advantages that the one-time success rate and the construction efficiency of box girder hoisting are greatly improved, labor and time are saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
