The invention belongs to a construction method of a cast-in-place box girder of a cable-stayed bridge, which comprises the following steps of: utilizing each pre-embedded beam to be matched with each upper supporting beam positioned on the top surface edge of a cast number block to serve as a cantilever casting supporting framework of a first section on a cantilever casting side span side and a main span side to each section of a subsequent sequence number and an adjacent section to be cast of a closure section; or all the embedded beams are matched with all the upper supporting beams and stay cables located on the top face edge of the poured number block to serve as a cantilever pouring supporting framework from the first section on the cantilever pouring side span side and the main span side to all the sections of the subsequent sequence number and the adjacent to-be-poured sections of the closure section. The cantilever pouring construction of the cast-in-place box beam does not need to be conducted through a traditional hanging basket; the device has the advantages that the to-be-cast box girder body formwork system is supported, the moving speed is high, damage to the overall structure of a bridge deck is small, the procedure is simple, and time and labor are saved.
本发明属于一种斜拉桥现浇箱梁的施工方法,本发明利用各预埋梁配合位于己浇筑号块顶面边上的各上托梁作为悬臂浇筑边跨侧和主跨侧的1号节段至以后顺序号各节段及合龙段的相邻待浇节段的悬臂浇筑支撑骨架,或利用各预埋梁配合位于己浇筑号块顶面边上的各上托梁及斜拉索作为悬臂浇筑边跨侧和主跨侧的1号节段至以后顺序号各节段及合龙段相邻待浇节段的悬臂浇筑支撑骨架,本发明无需采用传统挂篮进行现浇箱梁的悬浇施工,具有待浇箱梁体模板体系支撑、移动速度快、对桥面整体结构损伤少、工序简单、省时省力的优点。
