The invention relates to the technical field of ship berthing, in particular to a ship rapid berthing and docking system which is composed of a plurality of ship berthing rapid stabilizers linearly arranged along a wharf shoreline. The rapid stabilizer for ship docking comprises a supporting frame, a guiding unit, a buffering unit, a floating box and a vacuum generating device. The supporting frame is fixedly placed on a wharf shore. The floating box is loaded by the supporting frame and can perform small-distance displacement movement in the vertical direction under the synergistic effect of the guiding unit and the buffering unit. And a vacuum generating device for adsorbing the side wall of the ship is assembled with the floating box. Therefore, on one hand, the time length and the cost required by ship berthing are both reduced; on the other hand, even if the ship is influenced by various adverse factors such as load change, wind power, surge and the like, the ship which is berthed and berthed to the port can still keep good posture stability; and on the other hand, the height difference between the ship deck and the wharf bank can be always maintained within a reasonable value range in the whole process of boarding and alighting of the personnel and the materials.
