The invention particularly discloses an intelligent grouting construction method and construction equipment for a building raft foundation. The construction method comprises the steps that a grouting pipe penetrates through a to-be-reinforced soil body; cutting fluid is injected into the to-be-reinforced soil body through the grouting pipe so as to cut the to-be-reinforced soil body to form a slurry pumping area; gravel slurry generated in the slurry pumping area is pumped away; and during slurry pumping, pouring slurry is injected into the slurry pumping area through the slurry injection pipe, so that a reinforcing body is formed after solidification in the slurry pumping area. The whole process is monitored by the sensor and the geophysical prospecting device, the power device and the grouting holes are controlled to complete construction according to design requirements, and the artificial intelligence function is achieved. According to the method, under the condition that disturbance to an existing building is small, an original soil body in a building foundation is rapidly replaced with a raft foundation with larger bearing capacity, and the technical problem that an integral reinforced raft foundation or a box type foundation cannot be formed below the existing building in the prior art is solved; the bearing capacity of the building foundation is remarkably improved, and the stability of the building foundation is improved.
