A conical supporting gyroscope is arranged between one ends of the transverse frames, a first drill bit is arranged at the bottom of the conical supporting gyroscope and extends to the position below the pressing ring, the other ends of the transverse frames are fixed to the corresponding ends of the inner side of the bottom ring respectively, and a pneumatic stabilizing device is arranged on the top of the conical supporting gyroscope.
