By adding the manure dissolving mechanism, the manure is subjected to microbial fermentation by the fermentation chamber so as to be hydrated or gasified to form primary treatment, then the wastewater subjected to primary treatment is precipitated by the different-wave folded plate in the precipitation chamber, and finally, the wastewater is filtered by the activated carbon filter screen in the filter chamber, so that the wastewater is converted into usable water, and simple and efficient manure treatment is realized; the water collecting system is additionally arranged, rainwater and treated excrement water can be collected and treated, energy is saved, and the use requirement is better met.
