The invention relates to the field of roof siphon drainage, and discloses a large-span roof siphon drainage system. A leakage type siphon compensation device and a relay drainage device are arranged in an area, far away from the siphon drainage pipe, of the drainage network; the leakage type siphon compensation device is used for rapidly discharging rainwater collected in the leakage type siphon compensation device into the drainage tank and pushing seepage water in the drainage tank to flow to the siphon drainage pipe; the relay drainage device is used for collecting and stirring seepage water in the drainage tank and driving the seepage water in the drainage tank to flow to the siphon drainage pipe. The scheme is used for solving the problems of retention and slow drainage of seepage water in the middle area when a siphon drainage system is applied to a large-span roof, and the effect of improving the overall drainage efficiency of the system is achieved.
