The invention relates to a construction method of a purlin-free roof system, which comprises the following steps of: (1) arranging secondary beams at intervals of 2m-8m along the drainage direction of a roof; (2) a main beam is installed on the main structure, the two ends of a secondary beam are connected with the main beam, and the main beam is flush with the upper surface of the secondary beam; (3) roof panels are laid on the secondary beams, and the length direction of the roof panels is the drainage direction; (4) driving a structural nail into the concave part of the roof panel, and fixing the roof panel and the secondary beam through the structural nail; (5) a first waterproof roll layer is laid at the lap joint of the roof panels; and (6) a second waterproof roll layer is laid on the roof panel assembly, and the first waterproof roll layer is located below the second waterproof roll layer. The construction period is shortened, the installation efficiency is high, the construction cost is reduced, on the premise that the using function is met, high bearing capacity is achieved, and the cost performance of the roof is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种无檩屋面系统的施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)沿屋面排水方向,设置间距为2m‑8m的次梁;(2)主结构上安装主梁,将次梁两端与主梁连接,将主梁与次梁上表面齐平;(3)将屋面板铺设在次梁上,且屋面板的板长方向为排水方向;(4)屋面板的下凹处打入结构钉,通过结构钉将屋面板与次梁固定;(5)在屋面板的搭接处铺设防水卷材层一;(6)在屋面板组件的上方铺设防水卷材层二,所述防水卷材层一位于防水卷材层二的下方。本发明缩减施工周期,安装效率高,降低施工成本,在满足使用功能的前提下,实现了较高的承载力,大大提升了屋面的性价比。
