本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域，尤其涉及一种装配式瓷砖可调节支撑装置及铺装方法。本发明包括底基座、旋转升降环、支撑件和四个分隔片，首先将底基座根据瓷砖的尺寸布列在地面上，将旋转升降环从上方内嵌入底基座，再将支撑件从上方右旋进旋转升降环里，最后将分隔片嵌入分隔卡槽，四个分隔片安装完成后呈两两互相垂直，将瓷砖分别顶角铺设在支撑件上，起到将瓷砖分隔并限制其在平面上移动的作用。采用装配式干法铺贴，改变了瓷砖使用的传统湿法铺贴，弥补瓷砖出现损坏导致无法维修且不可再次使用等缺陷。
