Gravity column-composite shear wall reinforcing system
The invention relates to a gravity column-composite shear wall reinforcing system. The system comprises a bearing beam, a gravity column, a rigid floor system and a composite shear wall, wherein the bearing beam and the gravity column are used for bearing vertical loads; the rigid floor system is used for transmitting horizontal loads; the composite shear wall is formed by carrying out HDC surface layer reinforcement on a masonry partition wall embedded in a beam column frame, the lateral stiffness of the composite shear wall is far larger than that of an original frame, and the composite shear wall can bear all horizontal effects. Therefore, the original frame beam column can only bear the vertical load and does not bear the horizontal load, so that the original frame beam column is degraded into the bearing beam and the gravity column; the horizontal load of each area needs to be transmitted to the composite shear wall of the local area through the rigid floor system. The method is mainly suitable for a frame structure with the vertical load bearing basically meeting the requirement but wind resistance and seismic resistance not meeting the requirement, comprehensive reinforcement of beam columns can be avoided, the structure can meet the wind resistance and seismic resistance requirement only by conducting HDC surface layer reinforcement on a small number of masonry partition walls, and the cost of reinforcement and transformation of old houses can be reduced.
本发明为一种重力柱‑复合剪力墙加固体系,该体系包括:承受竖向荷载的承重梁和重力柱、传递水平荷载的刚性楼盖和承受水平荷载的复合剪力墙。所述复合剪力墙是通过对嵌套于梁柱框内的砌体隔墙进行HDC面层加固而形成,其抗侧刚度远大于原有框架,可承担全部水平作用;从而原有框架梁柱可只承担竖向荷载不承担水平荷载,进而退化为所述承重梁、重力柱;各区域的水平荷载需通过所述刚性楼盖传递到局部区域的复合剪力墙上。本发明主要适用于竖向承重基本可满足要求但抗风抗震不满足要求的框架结构,可避免对梁柱进行全面加固,仅通过对少量砌体隔墙进行HDC面层加固即可使结构满足抗风抗震的要求,可降低老旧房屋加固改造的成本。
