The invention provides an automatic locking device and an automatic sealing system. The automatic locking device is provided with a lock body receiving channel, a lock body output channel and a lock body conveying unit arranged between the two channels. The lock body conveying unit comprises at least one lock body conveying section arranged between the lock body receiving channel and the lock body output channel, the lock body conveying section comprises a movable lock holding mechanism and a driving mechanism, the movable lock holding mechanism is configured to receive, hold and release a lock body, and the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the movable lock holding mechanism to drive the movable lock holding mechanism to move; the lock body conveying unit is configured to receive one of the two lock bodies, in the unlocking state, of the electronic lock from the lock body receiving channel through at least one lock body conveying section and convey the one to the lock body output channel so that the two lock bodies at the lock body output channel can reach the locking state. An arrangement space used for containing at least one part of a sealed object is defined by the total motion trails of the two lock bodies. The sealing efficiency can be improved, and the labor cost can be reduced.
