Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 500 to 600 parts of gel material, 1400 to 1600 parts of aggregate, 100 to 120 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 20 to 30 parts of hydroxyl acrylate emulsion, 5 to 10 parts of aliphatic organic amine, 50 to 80 parts of epoxy basalt fiber, 5 to 10 parts of calcium sulphoaluminate, 10 to 20 parts of ethanolamine modified metakaolin, 1 to 5 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 100 to 120 parts of mixing water. The high-strength anti-permeability concrete prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical strength and excellent waterproof and anti-permeability performance.
