Slope soil curing agent for tailing storage yard in southern rare earth mining area
The invention discloses a soil curing agent for a side slope of a tailing storage yard in a southern rare earth mining area. The soil curing agent mainly aims at granite weathered products subjected to ore leaching treatment and soil formed on the granite weathered products. The curing agent is prepared from water glass, disodium hydrogen phosphate, polyacrylamide, hydroxymethyl cellulose and water according to a certain proportion. The liquid injection agent is injected into a soil body by digging a seepage ditch or punching a liquid injection hole in a side slope of a tailing storage yard in a rare earth mining area, so that the anti-shearing capability of the soil body can be quickly improved, the stability of the side slope is improved, and the occurrence risk of landslide is reduced. Through an indoor simulation test, the soil cohesive force and the internal friction angle are respectively improved by 23.6% and 11.7% compared with a contrast, and the anti-shearing capability is obviously improved. After a pilot plant test is carried out on the side slope of a rare earth tailing storage yard, the stability coefficient of the side slope under the self-weight working condition is increased to 2.10 from 1.03 before application, the stability coefficient of the side slope under the rainstorm and self-weight working condition is increased to 1.28 from 0.96 before application, and the stability level of the side slope is increased to a stable state from an understable state and an unstable state.
本发明一种南方稀土采矿区尾矿堆场边坡土体固化剂,主要针对经过浸矿处理过的花岗岩风化产物及其上形成的土壤。本发明固化剂由水玻璃、磷酸氢二钠、聚丙烯酰胺、羟甲基纤维素和水按一定比例配制。在稀土采矿区尾矿堆场边坡开挖渗沟或打注液孔的方法将其注入土体,可快速提高土体的抗剪切能力,增加边坡的稳定性,降低滑坡发生风险。经室内模拟试验,土壤粘聚力和内摩擦角分别比对照提高23.6%和11.7%,抗剪切能力显著提高。在某稀土尾矿堆场边坡进行中试后,自重工况下边坡稳定系数由施用前的1.03提高至2.10,暴雨+自重工况下边坡稳定系数由施用前的0.96提高至1.28,边坡稳定性级别由欠稳定和不稳定提高至稳定状态。
