The invention discloses a section assembling method of a portable bridge deck crane for a railroad bridge. The section assembling method comprises the following steps that a 0 # section is installed and anchored; mounting a single bridge fabrication machine; the first section is transported and assembled; the other bridge fabrication machine is installed, and the two bridge fabrication machines are connected end to end; the second segment is transported and lifted; a second section is spliced through a suspended splicing method; the bridge fabrication machine passes through the hole and is provided with a bridge deck beam transporting vehicle; the third section is lifted; a third section is spliced through a suspended splicing method; the other sections are repeatedly assembled; side span transition sections are installed; erecting a segmental beam of the T-shaped structure; and dismantling the equipment to complete the full-bridge construction. According to the construction method, the problem that when a bridge deck crane cannot feed the beam under the bridge for hoisting, the beam is fed from the tail on the bridge is solved. According to the construction method, the segments do not need to rotate by 90 degrees, and large bending moment cannot be generated on the bridge.
