The wallboards comprise a third telescopic board and second wallboards with cavity structures, and the two ends of the third telescopic board are arranged in the cavities of the two second wallboards in a telescopic mode respectively; the wall assemblies are fixed through the wallboard connecting pieces. The assembling method comprises the steps that the size of each wall body assembly is adjusted according to the actual size of the model house, and then the wall body assemblies are connected through the wall plate connecting pieces. The wall assembly is high in use flexibility, various house types can be built, the wall assembly can be repeatedly used, the model house can be built more conveniently through the wall assembly, manpower can be saved, the construction time can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced.
