The ring lock type scaffold is in a four-side column shape; the adjustable triangular support comprises a vertical rod, a transverse sleeve rod, an inclined rod, a short vertical rod, a transverse insertion rod and a pin rod; the adjustable triangular support is connected with the disc buckle type vertical rod through the transverse sleeve rod and the bolt connector of the inclined rod; and the person getting-on support is arranged on the adjustable triangular support through a nut.
