The sound insulation damping material filled in the bionic honeycomb hole cavity is a solid damping material or a molten damping material; the sound insulation damping material dip-coated on the cell wall of the bionic honeycomb is a liquid damping material; the manufacturing process is divided into a filling type sound insulation board production process and a dip-coating type sound insulation board production process. Experiments show that the sound insulation performance of the sound insulation plate of the honeycomb sandwich composite structure is better than that of other structural plates with the same thickness, and the sound insulation plate has the characteristics of low density, light weight, high strength, fire resistance and flame retardance, and meets the prefabrication and customization production mode of a factory.
