Geopolymer-based concrete material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a geopolymer-based concrete material and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer-based concrete material is prepared from a geopolymer concrete mixture, the geopolymer concrete mixture is prepared from the following raw materials: a gel raw material, quartz sand, an exciting agent raw material and a water reducing agent, wherein the exciting agent is prepared from a sodium silicate solution, sodium hydroxide and water; gel raw materials are slag and silica fume, or the gel raw materials are slag, fly ash and silica fume. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a test block from a geopolymer concrete mixture, and curing the test block in a standard curing box at 20 +/-2 DEG C for 28 days. The 28d compressive strength of the geopolymer-based concrete material can reach 130MPa or above, the residual strength after high temperature can also reach 30MPa, and the geopolymer-based concrete material also has good high temperature resistance on the premise of ensuring excellent mechanical properties, and can still keep appearance integrity at the high temperature of 800 DEG C.
