In the expanding or contracting process of the first air cylinder, a piston rod of the first air cylinder drives the mounting frame to move up and down, meanwhile, the flattening roller is driven to carry out height adjustment according to needs, and therefore the flattening roller is more applicable, and after the brush roller is started through the second servo motor, an output shaft of the second servo motor drives the bearing frame to rotate; when the bearing frame is used, the bearing frame rotates and inclines to a certain degree, at the moment, the bearing frame gradually gets away from the ground, the height of the flattening roller is adjusted according to the laying thickness, meanwhile, when the bearing frame is not used, the bearing frame rotates, the brush roller gets away from the ground, and otherwise, the brush roller gets close to the ground.
