The invention discloses a high-precision milling mechanism with an automatic leveling function, and relates to the technical field of milling machines. The device specifically comprises a mounting plate, fixing plates are fixed to the outer walls of the two sides of the mounting plate correspondingly, a rotating column is fixed to the outer wall of one side of each fixing plate, a front rotating plate and a rear rotating plate are sequentially and rotationally connected to the outer wall of one side of each rotating column, vertical rods are fixed to the outer walls of the bottoms of the mounting plate, the front rotating plate and the rear rotating plate correspondingly, and leveling rollers are rotationally connected to the outer walls of the bottoms of the vertical rods; gyroscopes are arranged on the outer walls of the tops of the front rotating plate and the rear rotating plate.
