The limiting mechanism and the hydraulic position adjusting mechanism can cooperatively work in a linkage mode to jointly conduct vertical and longitudinal accurate leveling on the temporary cross brace, and the problem that due to the fact that the position of the temporary cross brace is unreasonable, stress of the temporary cross brace is unreasonable, and then the construction quality of a bridge tower is poor is solved.
