The invention discloses a spherical hinge slide way precise adjusting device and a construction method, the spherical hinge slide way precise adjusting device comprises an annular positioning angle steel assembly, a slide way steel plate arranged at the top of the annular positioning angle steel assembly, and a locking assembly arranged between the annular positioning angle steel assembly and the slide way steel plate. The locking assembly can adjust the elevation of the slideway steel plate; according to the precise adjusting device for the spherical hinge slideway and the construction method, the elevation of the slideway steel plate is adjusted through the locking assembly, so that the flatness of the slideway reaches the precision required by the design requirement, and the problems that when a spherical hinge is adopted for swivel construction, when a swivel structure is unbalanced, the flatness of the slideway can affect the stability in the swivel process, and the swivel structure is not balanced are solved. At present, a level gauge or a leveling instrument is adopted to carry out horizontal plane calibration or measurement on the plane of the slideway, however, when the flatness of the slideway needs to be adjusted, the precision required by the design requirement is difficult to achieve, so that the quality of a swivel is influenced, and the construction quality is not up to the standard.
