Which is mainly composed of a car stopping rod (1), a rotating shaft (2), a supporting seat (3), a chassis (4), a nut (5) and a screw (6) and is characterized in that the rotating shaft is arranged at one end of the car stopping rod, the two ends of the rotating shaft are installed in holes of the supporting seat, and the supporting seat is fixed to the concrete ground through the nut and the screw.
