The invention discloses an arresting cable supporting device, an arresting system and a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle stall protection system.The arresting cable supporting device comprises the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle stall protection system arranged in a roadway and used for containing an arresting cable, and the arresting cable supporting device comprises a seat part used for installing the arresting cable supporting device in the roadway; the main pin shaft is mounted on the seat part through a revolute pair; the supporting seat is fixedly mounted on the main pin shaft; the guide wheel assembly is installed on the supporting base, the axis of a guide wheel included in the guide wheel assembly and the axis of the main pin shaft form an acute angle or are arranged perpendicularly, and the guide wheel assembly is used for supporting the arresting cable; and the swing driving mechanism is directly or indirectly connected with the main pin shaft so as to control the swing of the main pin shaft and is used for switching the stopping state and the releasing state of the stopping rope. According to the arresting cable supporting device, the working reliability is relatively good, the arresting cable can be protected, and the arresting cable is not prone to being repeatedly rolled by a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle.
