Siphon self-flow filling water diversion device
Water diversion irrigation based on the siphon principle has a long history in China, and the device exists beside the Yellow River at present. However, a project which spans the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and mountains and flows through the siphon for more than one thousand kilometers is difficult to build, and the main problem of water diversion of the siphon cannot be solved. In addition, due to the long distance, valves at the two ends of the siphon are not easy to open or close simultaneously, and long-distance application of the siphon is greatly obstructed. The invention relates to a siphon self-flow filling and water diversion device, and provides special equipment for self-flow filling and water diversion by using natural river water (or lake water with a water source), which can effectively solve the problem. The highest position of the siphon is arranged on the river side with the same altitude or the lake side with a water source to serve as a water adding point. A funnel-shaped screw cap made of cast iron is embedded in the highest point of the pipe wall, lower than the water surface, of the siphon pipe, a plug with threads on the lower portion matched with the screw cap is manufactured, and river water or lake water can be poured into the siphon pipe by operating the plug. And then the valves at the two ends of the siphon are opened at the same time, and water in the siphon automatically flows to the field. The device is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in cost. When the siphon water diversion device is applied to large-scale siphon water diversion projects such as water storage into Xinjiang and the like, the economic benefit of more than 10 billion RMB can be generated.
利用虹吸原理引水灌溉在我国有悠久的历史,现在黄河边上就有这种设备。但是要建一条跨越青藏高原、大山,流经一千多公里的虹吸管是很难完成的工程,主要是无法解决虹吸管的引水问题。另外由于距离远,虹吸管两端的阀门不容易同时打开或关闭,也给虹吸管的长距离应用造成很大障碍。本发明“虹吸管自流加灌引水装置”,提供了一种利用天然河水(或有水源的湖水),自流加注引水的专用设备,可有效解决这一问题。本发明是把虹吸管的最高处设在海拔高度相同的河边或有水源的湖边作为加水点。在虹吸管低于水面的管壁最高点,镶嵌一个铸铁制造的漏斗形的螺丝帽,再制造一个下部有螺纹与螺帽相匹配的堵头,操纵堵头即可把河水或湖水灌注到虹吸管里。然后同时打开虹吸管两头的阀门,虹吸管里的水就会自动流向田野。本发明结构简单制造造容易,成本低。用到“藏水入疆”等大型虹吸引水工程上,可产生上1千亿人民币的经济效益。
