The invention relates to a construction method for a soil nailing wall support meeting a gravel layer. The construction method comprises the steps that a foundation pit is excavated, and a 300 mm soil layer is reserved on a foundation part and manually cleaned; a drainage hole and a drainage ditch are manually excavated, a concrete layer is poured, a water guide pipe is installed in the drainage hole, the water guide pipe is reserved by selecting a PVC pipe with the pipe diameter specification of phi 50, the length of the buried part is 500 mm, a layer of filter screen cloth is arranged, and an alkali-resisting glass fiber net is hung at the position of a sand layer; spraying slope concrete for the first time; soil nails are manufactured and installed; manufacturing and installing a reinforcing mesh; removing loose soil on the slope surface before binding a reinforcing mesh, and spraying concrete for the second time; and concrete curing. According to the construction method, the glass fiber net is additionally arranged below the reinforcing mesh and fixed to the foundation pit slope, the method is suitable for the slope supporting condition that the foundation pit slope is a sand layer, and foundation pit collapse caused by slope gravel sliding is prevented.
本发明是一种土钉墙支护遇沙石层时的施工方法,包括基坑开挖,基础部分部分预留300mm土层采用人工清理;人工开挖泄水孔和排水沟,并浇筑混凝土层,在泄水孔内安装导水管,导水管选用管径规格为φ50PVC管进行预留,入土部分长度500mm且布置一层滤网布,在砂层位置挂设耐碱玻纤网;第一次喷射坡面混凝土;土钉制作及安装;钢筋网制作安装;绑扎钢筋网前清除坡面虚土,第二次喷射混凝土;混凝土养护。本施工方法采用在钢筋网下加设玻纤网固定在基坑边坡上适用于基坑边坡为砂层的边坡支护情况,防止边坡砂石的滑落,造成基坑塌陷。
