The invention discloses a deep foundation trench large-diameter socket type concrete pipeline installation method which comprises the following steps that S1, after steel sheet pile construction is completed, excavation is conducted to the installation height of steel pipe supports and steel enclosing purlins, and excavation continues to be conducted to the position 200-300 mm above the designed elevation after construction of all the supports is completed; s2, a broken stone hardcore is arranged at the groove bottom firstly, and then a concrete hardcore is arranged on the broken stone hardcore; s3, the first section of concrete rainwater pipe is installed in place, and a plurality of cushion blocks are arranged below the concrete rainwater pipe; and S4, a first steel plate, a steel pipe and a second steel plate are sequentially placed on the concrete cushion layer, and the concrete rainwater pipe is pushed to the installation position. The steel pipe is arranged between the two layers of steel plates, the concrete rainwater pipe is driven in a rolling mode and can be horizontally moved to a to-be-installed position, then the two ends of the pipe are hoisted by a crane to be further installed in place, and the situation that time and labor are wasted and the quality of a project entity cannot be guaranteed through manual hard pulling, prizing and the like is effectively avoided.
本发明公开了一种深基槽大直径承插式混凝土管道安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1、在钢板桩施工完成后,先开挖至钢管支撑与钢围檩的安装高度,待所有支撑施工完成后继续开挖至设计标高上200~300mm;S2、在槽底先设置一碎石垫层,于碎石垫层上再设置一混凝土垫层;S3、将首节混凝土雨水管安装到位,并在混凝土雨水管下方设置若干垫块;S4、在混凝土垫层上依次放上钢板一、钢管和钢板二,推动混凝土雨水管至安装部位。本发明通过在双层钢板间设置钢管,以滚动的方式带动混凝土雨水管,使其能够平移到待安装部位,再由吊车吊起管道两端进一步安装到位,有效避免了人工硬拉、撬动等既费时费力、又无法保证工程实体质量的方法实现安装。
