A multifunctional clean floor drain comprises a shell, a cover plate, a filter plate, a water outlet pipe and a water seal structure. The lower portion of the shell is connected with the water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe penetrates through the lower portion of the shell to be connected with a sewer, a liquid storage area is formed between the water outlet pipe and the shell in the shell, the upper surface of the cover plate arranged at the upper end of the shell is flush with the ground, and the filter plate is arranged below the cover plate. The water seal structure is connected with the filter plate, the lower end of the water seal structure is lower than the upper end face of the water outlet pipe, and the water seal structure is matched with liquid in the liquid storage area to prevent a sewer from making contact with external air. The invention solves the technical problems that the floor drain isolates the air of a sewer when not in use and prevents sewage from overflowing when in use by using a simple structure.
