When a first screw rod rotates, two first sliding blocks on the first screw rod can move at the same time, so that an inclined plate is driven to obliquely abut against a supporting plate to enable a semicircular fixing plate to move downwards, a second sliding block can slide on a second screw rod in a vertical plate in the downward moving process of the supporting plate, and the downward moving process is stable enough; and the continuous rotation of the first screw rod enables the inclined plate to drag the semicircular rubber plate on the scaffold, so that the spliced scaffold is tighter through friction force, and the scaffold is fixed stably.
