The invention relates to a method for controlling the height difference of a fine aggregate concrete floor. Angle steel is adopted at the height difference position to hang the formwork, and each side is 3 cm wider than a hole; the two sides of the hanging formwork are connected with the hanging formwork angle steel through L-shaped angle steel; the size of an outer opening of the two L-shaped angle steel is 4 cm smaller than that of a hole opening, that is, the gap from each side to the east is about 2 cm; a hole is drilled in the side edge of each L-shaped angle steel, two sets of screws and nuts are installed, the device is fixed to a hole by adjusting the length of the screws, and the elevation is controlled through a wall elevation control line. The method provided by the invention has the following advantages in the construction of the height difference part of the fine aggregate concrete ground: the elevation is accurate; internal and external corners of the height difference node are square, uniform in size and good in impression; the method is simple, convenient, high in work efficiency, capable of achieving one-time survival, time-saving, labor-saving and cost-saving, and the device can be repeatedly used.
本发明是一种细石混凝土地面高低差控制的方法;包括高低差处采用角钢吊模,每侧比洞口宽3cm;吊模两侧采用“L型”角钢与吊模角钢连接;两个“L型”角钢外口尺寸比洞口小4cm,即每侧到东边空隙约2cm;每个“L型”角钢侧边打眼并安装螺杆螺帽2套,通过调节螺杆长度,将本装置固定于洞口,标高通过墙体标高控制线控制。本发明所提出的方法,在细石混凝土地面高低差部位施工中具有以下优点:标高准确;高差节点阴阳角方正,尺寸统一,观感好;方法简便,工效高,一次成活,省时省力,成本节约,装置可重复使用的。
