The invention discloses a highway intelligent management early warning system which comprises a patrol data acquisition system, a patrol data processing system and a patrol cloud platform. The patrol data acquisition system is used for automatically acquiring and positioning patrol images and acquiring high-quality and continuous road surface and along-line environment and position data; the patrol data processing system is used for processing the road information acquired by the patrol data acquisition system and calculating to obtain a path early warning coefficient of the current patrol road section; and the patrol cloud platform analyzes all accident characteristics in the path early warning coefficient range based on the cloud platform storage data, so as to realize early warning of the vehicle driving into the early warning road section, and the patrol cloud platform analyzes all accident characteristics in the path early warning coefficient range, so that the early warning of the vehicle driving into the early warning road section is realized.
