The invention relates to a heating and/or cooling device comprising a film (1) capable of diffusing infrared light in order to diffuse heat. The film (1) comprises a planar heating element comprising a connector (2) electrically connected to an electrically conductive track (3) provided on the film, the film being connectable to a thermostat (4). The invention relates to a thin film (1) which receives an electrically conductive ink (5) deposited on the thin film (1), in particular by screen printing or inkjet, which thin film (1) is capable of diffusing infrared light in order to diffuse heat or cold onto a body or object disposed in the vicinity thereof without diffusing heat or cold into the space. The membrane (1) is arranged to receive a sensor (6) and/or a radio identification device (7).
