A 3D printing construction device comprises an operation structure which comprises a control room, and a controller is arranged in the control room; the printing arm structure is arranged on one side of the control chamber and comprises a printing arm and a material conveying pipe, and concrete or slurry is suitable for flowing in the material conveying pipe; the printing arm head structure is arranged at the end, away from the control chamber, of the printing arm structure and comprises an arm head and a first rotating power part, the first rotating power part is in communication connection with the controller, the two opposite ends of the arm head are provided with a grouting nozzle and a concrete printing nozzle, the grouting nozzle and the concrete printing nozzle are different in diameter, and the first rotating power part drives the arm head to rotate; and the grouting nozzle or the concrete printing nozzle is driven to be connected with the material conveying pipe through a pipeline. The 3D printing equipment solves the problem that the 3D printing equipment cannot print concrete with different properties and flows.
