The invention relates to an industrial solid waste ardealite composite stable road base material and a preparation method thereof. The ardealite composite stable road base material comprises the following components: 10-15% of gravel, 65-70% of ardealite, 6-10% of a composite curing agent and 10-15% of water. The composite curing agent is prepared from an exciting agent, a gelatinizing agent, a polymerization inhibitor, a water repellent agent, a surfactant and an early strength agent according to the mass ratio of (3 to 5) to (8 to 10) to (0.08 to 0.15) to (0.5 to 0.75) to (0.65 to 0.95) to (0.6 to 0.9) to (1 to 3). Soluble lead, arsenic and other toxic substances and heavy metals in the phosphogypsum are precipitated through the coagulant, and then the activity of the gelling agent is excited through the activator and the surfactant, so that the gelling agent wraps other harmful substances in the phosphogypsum. The method solves the problem of pollution caused by phosphogypsum, reduces the use of stones, and has the advantages of good social benefit, wide application prospect and the like.
