The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a synchronous construction method for a single-cantilever tower beam of a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge. When tower columns in the cable tower are upwards constructed, pier top internodes are synchronously installed, and limiting in the bridge direction and the transverse bridge direction is arranged; after the side span section of the steel truss girder is erected, a tower crane is adopted to install a full-rotation crane between side span sections, and cable bent towers are constructed to the corresponding sections; and along with upward construction of the cable bent tower, continuously mounting the steel truss girder on the single cantilever on the mid-span side, and symmetrically mounting and tensioning the stay cables on the mid-side span side until the whole bridge is closed. The cable bent tower and the single-side cantilever of the steel truss girder are constructed at the same time, and the problems that a traditional construction scheme is high in manufacturing cost and slow in progress are solved.
本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,具体涉及到一种钢桁梁斜拉桥单悬臂塔梁同步施工方法。本发明索塔中塔柱向上施工时,同步安装墩顶节间,设置顺桥向及横桥向限位;钢桁梁边跨段架设完成后,采用塔吊在边跨节间上安装全回转吊机,索塔施工至相应节段;随着索塔向上施工,继续向中跨侧单悬臂安装钢桁梁,对称安装、张拉中边跨侧斜拉索,至全桥合龙。本发明索塔与钢桁梁单侧悬臂施工同时进行,解决了传统施工方案造价高、进度慢的问题。
