According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a sampling pipe, two groups of hammering units are arranged at the upper end of the sampling pipe, each group of hammering units comprises a first swing rod and a second swing rod, one end of each first swing rod is connected with a driving motor, and the other end of each first swing rod is provided with a deflector rod; a sliding groove is formed in the second swing rod in the rod length direction, a shifting rod at the end of the first swing rod is arranged in the sliding groove in the second swing rod, the driving motor drives the first swing rod to rotate so as to push the second swing rod to rotate through the shifting rod and the sliding groove, the hammering block hammers the sampling pipe, and a balancing weight is arranged on the outer wall of the sampling pipe in a threaded fit and penetrating mode. The sampling tube can rotate under the action of the threads; large hammering force can be generated with small size and light weight, and through rotation of the sampling pipe and alternate hammering of the hammering blocks on the two sides, the hammering resistance is reduced.
