The invention provides a printing barrier desert control method and a 3D sand-made sand barrier thereof, the method comprises the following steps: taking sand on site at a desert construction site where the sand barrier needs to be arranged, and mixing an adhesive into the taken sand on site to prepare printable mortar; and inputting the printable mortar into a vehicle-mounted building printer, and printing the printable mortar on the surface of the desert in situ to prepare the 3D sand-made sand barrier. According to the method, sand is taken, slurrying and barrier making are carried out on site, and only a small amount of cement needs to be bought and a small amount of water needs to be carried, so that the barrier can be made on site. The method is high in automation degree, low in material consumption and extremely low in desertification control cost.
