Impermeable secant pile and construction method
The impervious secant pile comprises a plurality of plain piles, meat piles are arranged between the adjacent plain piles, and the adjacent plain piles and the meat piles are meshed to form a meshing area; the occlusion area is formed by pouring impermeable concrete; the plain piles except the occlusion area are common concrete piles; and the reinforced piles except the occlusion area are reinforced concrete piles. The invention further discloses a construction method of the anti-seepage secant pile. According to the invention, the occlusion area is poured by adopting the impervious concrete, so that firstly, the impervious grade and the strength grade of the occlusion area are improved, and the pile material performance of the occlusion part is enhanced; secondly, anti-seepage concrete is poured in the occlusion area, and the defect that cracks are prone to occurring at the joint face of new concrete and old concrete between the occlusion area and the plain pile is overcome; and thirdly, the two cambered surfaces, connected with the corresponding plain piles and the meat piles, of the two sides of the meshing area become meshing surfaces, so that the meshing area is increased, and meshing is tight.
本发明公开了一种抗渗咬合桩,包括若干素桩,相邻素桩之间设置荤桩,相邻的素桩和荤桩之间相咬合形成咬合区;所述咬合区由抗渗混凝土浇筑而成;除去咬合区的素桩为普通混凝土桩;除去咬合区的荤桩为钢筋混凝土桩。本发明还公开了一种抗渗咬合桩的施工方法。本发明中咬合区采用抗渗混凝土浇筑,第一:提高了咬合区的抗渗等级和强度等级,强化了咬合部位的桩材性能;第二:咬合区内抗渗混凝土的浇筑,缓解了咬合区和素桩之间新旧混凝土接合面处容易出现裂缝的缺陷;第三:使咬合区两侧与相应素桩、荤桩相接的两处弧面均成为了咬合面,从而增加了咬合面积,使咬合紧密。
