The invention discloses an anti-deformation construction method for a deep foundation pit of an open cut tunnel. The anti-deformation construction method comprises the steps that feeding equipment is controlled to insert an anchor rod into positioning type drilling and grouting equipment; the positioning type drilling and grouting equipment is controlled to drill holes in the peripheral wall of the foundation pit, and the anchor rods are fed into the drill holes; after drilling is in place, the positioning type drilling and grouting equipment gradually retreats from the drill hole, and meanwhile concrete is injected into the drill hole through the positioning type drilling and grouting equipment till the drill hole is full of the concrete; and replacing another position, repeating the steps, and completing drilling, anchor rod mounting and concrete pouring operation at multiple positions. After 2.5-4 days, the concrete in each drilled hole is solidified, and an anchoring pile is formed; the locking nut at the outer end of each anchor rod is screwed, and the anchor rods are tensioned on the outer supporting body. The construction efficiency is improved, the strength of the anchoring piles is improved, the service life of the anchoring piles is prolonged, and it is ensured that the outer supporting bodies pulled by the anchoring piles are stably arranged on the corresponding peripheral walls of the foundation pit.
