The invention relates to a wall structure for an underground transformer substation. The wall structure comprises a ventilation type cavity outer longitudinal wall, a ventilation type cavity outer transverse wall, a top plate and a raft plate. A main body space of the transformer substation is defined by the multiple ventilation type cavity outer longitudinal walls and the multiple ventilation type cavity outer transverse walls, and the top plate and the raft plate are arranged at the top and the bottom of the main body space respectively. The ventilation type cavity outer longitudinal wall comprises an inner cavity wall body, an outer cavity wall body and a cavity, the inner cavity wall body and the outer cavity wall body are arranged in parallel to form the ventilation type cavity outer longitudinal wall, and the cavity is formed between the inner cavity wall body and the outer cavity wall body; according to the underground transformer substation, the problems that the sectional size of the underground outer wall of the underground transformer substation is too large, outer wall body reinforcing bars and outer wall edge component reinforcing bars are large, and the ventilation and heat dissipation capacity of a room adjacent to outer wall equipment is large are solved; and the water leakage risk of the room is caused.
