The invention discloses a loss amount control method in solidified soil scouring protection construction of an offshore wind plant. The method comprises the steps that the solidified soil strength corresponding to the maximum flow speed of fluctuation and ebb of each time in the construction period of a construction site of the offshore wind plant is determined; the initial setting critical flow velocity and the final setting critical flow velocity of the solidified soil are determined; estimating construction workable time and reserved solidified soil final setting time; when the actually measured flow velocity is lower than the initial setting critical flow velocity, solidification grouting construction is started, and solidification grouting is stopped at the construction operation termination time according to the reserved solidification soil final setting time; and the grouting is repeated for multiple times, and the stop time is waited for each time, so that the whole fan foundation scouring pit is filled with the solidified soil protection structure. The erosion pit evolution does not need to be monitored in real time, the method is simple, the cost is low, the loss amount can be effectively reduced, and the construction quality of the soil protection structure is improved.
