The lower connecting part abuts against the tops of the adjacent prefabricated wallboards, the upper connecting part abuts against the bottoms of the adjacent prefabricated wallboards, a water storage channel is formed between the lower connecting part and the upper connecting part on the adjacent prefabricated wallboards, a groove is formed in the bottom face of the lower connecting part, and the groove penetrates through the two ends of the lower connecting part in the length direction of the lower connecting part. A first drainage hole is formed in the side wall, close to the upper connecting part, of the groove, and the first drainage hole communicates with the water storage channel.
