The damage element with lower compressive strength and higher limit tension is arranged in the wall body, so that when damage occurs, the damage occurs on the damage element firstly; when the damaged element is damaged greatly and exits, the shear wall is degraded into a slotted shear wall structure, the wall body of the shear wall is divided into a plurality of shear wall sections with high shear span ratio through the vertical seams, and the stress mechanism is changed from a shear stress mechanism to a bending shear stress mechanism, so that the deformability, the toughness and the shock resistance of the shear wall are improved.
