The invention relates to a zero-carbon photovoltaic heat preservation vacuum curtain wall which comprises more than two layers of tempered glass substrates and a photovoltaic power generation assembly, the glass substrates are oppositely and flatly stacked, the photovoltaic power generation assembly is attached to one glass substrate, supports for supporting the two adjacent layers are arranged between the adjacent layers, the periphery of the formed stacked layer is sealed by an edge sealing material, and the edge sealing material is arranged between the two adjacent layers. After the glass substrates are laminated, a space enclosed by edge sealing materials is set to be vacuum, and a lead is arranged on the photovoltaic power generation assembly and extends out of the space so as to output generated power. By adopting the laminated vacuum structure, the power generation stability is ensured, the overall density is reduced, and many application limitations in the fields of buildings and the like are overcome.
