The invention discloses a suspended ceiling transfer layer system of a truss structure building and an installation method of the suspended ceiling transfer layer system. The suspended ceiling transfer layer system mainly comprises diagonal draw bars, steel keels and suspender assemblies. The two ends of the diagonal draw bar are detachably connected with the upper hoop assembly and the lower hoop assembly respectively. The steel keel comprises a main keel, and a secondary keel and an auxiliary keel which are sequentially arranged below the main keel; the upper hoop assembly is detachably installed on an upper frame pipe of the pipe truss, and the main keel is detachably installed through the lower hoop assembly. The secondary keels and the auxiliary keels are detachably assembled through the suspender assemblies. The system and the pipe truss and all structures in the system are detachably assembled, all structural parts can be machined and prefabricated in a factory and assembled on site through fasteners, installation is convenient, the installation error can be flexibly adjusted, and the overall flatness of the auxiliary keel for installing the decorative plate in the system after installation is guaranteed. The replacement is fast and simple; the measure cost is saved; the construction safety is greatly reduced; and the environment is protected, and the resource waste is reduced.
