The invention discloses an overhead transmission line tower-connected type support cross arm system and a method thereof.The system comprises a tower and an upper hoop, main cross arms are connected to the two side walls of the upper hoop, a lower hoop is arranged on the portion, located on the outer side of the tower, below the upper hoop, an auxiliary cross arm is connected between the outer side wall of the lower hoop and one end, away from the upper hoop, of each main cross arm, and the auxiliary cross arm is connected with the tower. A connecting plate is connected between the main cross arm and the auxiliary cross arm, the outer side wall of the bottom end of the tower is sleeved with a fixing ring, sliding bases are installed on the side walls of the front side and the rear side of the tower, and a traction mechanism is installed at the position, above the upper clamping hoop, of the top of the tower. By arranging the traction mechanism, the main cross arm can be dragged to move towards the top of the tower below the tower, so that the main cross arm is time-saving, labor-saving, safer and more convenient to mount; and by arranging the lock catch pressing plate, the lower clamp can be locked to limit falling of the upper clamp and the lower clamp, and rapid installation of the upper clamp and the lower clamp is achieved.
本发明公开了一种架空输电线路连塔型支撑横担系统及其方法,包括杆塔与上卡箍,所述上卡箍两侧壁连接有主横担,所述上卡箍下方处于杆塔的外侧设置有下卡箍,所述下卡箍外侧壁与主横担远离上卡箍的一端之间连接有副横担,所述主横担与副横担之间连接有连接板,所述杆塔底端外侧壁套设有固定环,所述杆塔前后两侧侧壁安装有滑座,所述杆塔顶部处于上卡箍的上方安装有牵引机构。本发明通过设置牵引机构,可以达到实现在杆塔下方就能牵引主横担向杆塔顶部移动,使主横担安装省时省力,更加安全、便捷;通过设置锁扣压板,可以达到对下卡箍进行锁定限制上卡箍、下卡箍下落,实现对上卡箍、下卡箍进行快速安装。
