The emergency generator is connected with the emergency distribution board through a first circuit, and the emergency distribution board is connected with the pneumatic shutter control box through a second circuit; the emergency distribution board is connected with the pneumatic shutter control box through a second circuit, the gas cylinder is connected with the pneumatic shutter control box through a first gas circuit, a manual valve is arranged on the first gas circuit, and the pneumatic shutter control box is connected with the pneumatic shutter through a second gas circuit. The pneumatic shutter comprises an air cylinder, a shutter body and a limiting sensor, the limiting sensor is connected with the emergency distribution board through a third circuit, state signals of the shutter body are transmitted to the emergency distribution board through the third circuit, the opening and closing states of the pneumatic shutter are reflected in real time, and the safety problem caused by temporary faults of the pneumatic shutter is reduced.
