The invention discloses an expressway zero-carbon service area system based on comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy, and the system comprises a distributed photovoltaic power generation module which is used for photovoltaic power generation to provide daytime power for a service area and a power supply required by an electrolytic hydrogen production module; the electrolytic hydrogen production module is used for performing water electrolysis hydrogen production according to the power supply provided by the distributed photovoltaic power generation module to generate hydrogen; the hydrogen storage module is used for storing the hydrogen generated by the electrolytic hydrogen production module and supplying the hydrogen to the hydrogen fuel cell module and the hydrogen refueling station; and the hydrogen fuel cell module is used for converting hydrogen into electric energy so as to realize electricity utilization at night and refrigeration and heating of the service area. According to the invention, the problems of high energy consumption and large carbon emission in the existing expressway service area can be solved, the energy used in the expressway service area is clean and green, and the carbon emission is reduced.
