The invention discloses an intelligent parameter adjusting device and method for a vibratory roller based on a jump vibration rule, and the device comprises a vibrating wheel vertical acceleration sensor and a vibrating wheel vertical displacement sensor which are respectively disposed at the rear side and the front side of the left shaft end of a vibrating wheel of the vibratory roller. The intelligent parameter adjusting system is composed of a vibration wheel excitation amplitude submitting module, a vibration wheel excitation frequency submitting module, a compaction parameter resolving module, a vibration wheel compaction working condition judging module, a vibration wheel excitation parameter adjusting module, a vibration wheel compaction state correcting module and a vehicle-mounted database, and the compaction electric control system is an original system of the vibratory roller. Aiming at the jump vibration working condition of the vibration wheel in the middle and later periods of vibration compaction, the compaction information of the current roadbed section and the state characteristics of the vibration wheel are sensed based on the airborne sensor of the vibratory roller, the physical constitutive model is combined with the algorithm, the real-time performance is good, the accuracy is high, and the vehicle-mounted database has the iterative updating capability.
